WILLIAM SANNAISE-MENSAH graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon with a B.A in Political Science and was called to the Ghana Bar in December 2020, after completing his Bachelor of Law Degree at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in 2018.
William has explored in-house, court and private practice experience. As a result of his varied experience in shipping logistics, human resource management and in house legal practice, he has developed a plethora of skills thus making him a well-rounded lawyer. He has previously shadowed a Circuit Court Judge at Ofankor, undertaking diligent research for the briefs he was assigned to. He interned at the legal department of the Ghana Revenue Authority before doing his pupillage and brief stint with another law firm where he gained knowledge in Real Estate Law.
William since joining the firm as an Associate in the Litigation and ADR team has taken on great responsibility in court and has handled cases at the various court levels, including the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. William is a team player and works well when collaborating with team members. He has provided outstanding legal advice on diverse areas of law to a range of clients. He has also brought to fore his knowledge in drafting and reviewing of various contracts and agreements.
William has a strong interest in Litigation, Real Estate Law, Family Law. Outside of the work environment, William enjoys playing tennis, watching football and spending time with his family.
