The firm is regulated by the General Legal Council and is bound by the Code of Ethics as enshrined in the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct & Etiquette)  Rules, 2020 (L.I. 2423). The lawyers of the firm are members of the Ghana Bar Association and are governed by its regulations including the scale of fees.
