Vincent obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree (Second-Class Honours, Upper Division) from the University of Ghana School of Law in July 2021 and was called to the Ghanaian Bar as a Barrister-at- Law and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana in October 2023, after successfully completing his Professional Law Course at the Ghana School of Law.
Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Petroleum Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and a Bachelor of Education degree in Social Science from the University of Cape Coast, with a combined major of Finacial Accounting and Business Management.
As part of the curriculum at the Ghana School of Law, he undertook two end- of- year internship programmes: at the chambers of Matthews Law Consults in Accra and at the Probate and Letters of Administration Division of the High Court, Accra. These stints afforded him the intricate nuances of commercial agreements, corporate litigation, the High Court Civil Procedure Rules, corporate governance, dispute resolution, and various other integral aspects of law practice in Ghana.
He excels in computational analysis, particularly, in the areas of Taxation, Financial and Debt Instrument analysis and evaluation of Financial Statements, Audit and Foreinsic Reports.
Since joining the firm as a pupil till now, he has advised and represented both foreign and local clients in Minerals, Energy and Power matters, Civil and Criminal litigations, at both the Lower and Superior Courts of Ghana.
He is in the Mining Energy and Power team, and his areas of practice and interest include Mining and Energy law, Tax Planning and Advisory, Civil and White Collar Crime Litigation.
Vincent enjoys hymns and coral music, tennis and travelling.
