SAMUEL ADU BOAHEN obtained his LL.B from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2009.
He is an Executive Partner in the firm in charge of Litigation and ADR. As head of Litigation and ADR since 2011, Samuel has mentored several young laywers some of whom are heads of legal department in their companies. He also champions the digitization drive within the firm, which consists of ensuring the full digitization of all firm work thereby bringing our law practice into the evolving technological age.
Samuel’s work speaks for itself. He has demonstrated, time and again, an uncanny ability to develop sound practical legal solutions to complex scenarios in various areas of law within the strictest of timeframes.
Indeed, his area of expertise includes but is not restricted to Corporate Governance and Dispute Resolution, Credit and Asset Recovery, Commercial Dispute Resolution and Real Property and Estate Management. His solid understanding and expertise in dispute resolution is immensely beneficial to both local and international clients in pre-empting potential litigation incidences in transactions and devising the appropriate strategy to mitigate them.
