SAMUEL ADU BOAHEN, a distinguished lawyer, holds an LL.B from the esteemed Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. In 2009, he was admitted to the Ghana Bar and appointed as a notary public in 2024.
Samuel joined the firm in 2009 and was subsequently appointed as the Head of Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Team in 2011. As an Executive Partner at the firm, Samuel has been instrumental in mentoring several young lawyers who have since ascended to the leadership positions of their respective organisations. He is also a driving force behind the firm’s digitization initiative, ensuring the complete digitization of all firm work to align our law practice with the rapidly evolving technological landscape.
