PAPA KOFI AKUFFO-APENTENG holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies from Xavier University (USA) and a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB with Honours) from University of Leeds (UK). He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2021 and subsequently called to the Ghana Bar in November 2022. He is a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple.
Papa Kofi has a keen interest in international law. He joined the Ghanaian delegation led by the Attorney-General of Ghana during the latter stages of the maritime arbitration dispute concerning the delimitation of the maritime boundary between Ghana and Côte D’Ivoire at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea.
As an Associate of the firm attached to the Litigation and ADR team, Papa Kofi handles matters for both local and foreign clients. His areas of expertise include litigation practice and International law.
Papa Kofi also enjoys watching and playing basketball as well as football and is an avid American football fan.
