Osei-Wusu Antwi

OSEI-WUSU ANTWI holds an LLB, LLM and MBA (Finance) from the Kwame University of Science and Technology. He is a trained and accomplished teacher and holds a B.Ed. in Technology Education from the University of Education-Winneba. Antwi was called to the Ghana Bar in 2010.

Antwi is an Associate of the firm in charge of its Kumasi Office. He leads the Litigation and ADR Team in Kumasi. He  is highly experienced in civil litigation with an enviable track record. He applies sound litigation strategies combined with in-depth research to ensure high success rate whilst promoting effective reconciliatory dispute resolution mechanisms in appropriate cases.  He is very proficient in proffering legal opinions, case strategy, advocacy, and legal research. His background in legislative drafting gives him a cutting edge in drafting legal documents and reviewing contracts. He has considerable knowledge and practical experience in banking and commercial law and has consulted for a number of banks.

He has also taught law at Kumasi Technical University, Akenten Appia-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED),  University of Cape Coast (Centre for Continuing Education) and served as adjunct law lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Kumasi Campus.

Antwi approaches his work with zeal and commitment with the overarching objective of ensuring client satisfaction through the deployment of  sound legal solutions. He is transparent, courteous and has excellent man-management skills.
