Nana Serwaa Akosa is a barrister in the United Kingdom and in Ghana. She is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, United Kingdom, and has a Master of Laws from the University of Leeds where she received first class honours for her thesis on professional negligence.
A proud alumna of Wesley Girls’ High School, she has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon. She is also fluent in French.
Specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law, she has been involved in international takeover transactions and has extensive experience in advising start-ups and blue chip companies on all matters of corporate finance, compliance and due diligence. Having a strong litigation background, she also conducts land and commercial cases on behalf of several leading shopping centres in Ghana. She is also a Lecturer at the Law Faculty of Zenith University College.
She writes, directs and produces films and is a lover of music.
