Nana Amma graduated from Central University with a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Human Resources Management) and read a post-graduate Diploma as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Corporate Finance, both at the Wuhan University of Technology, China. Nana pursued an LLB at GIMPA, an LLM in Conflict Resolution from the University of Law, UK, and a PhD in Mediation & Conflict Resolution from Euclid University, Gambia. She has also obtained certificates in Strategic Marketing Management from Harvard Business School, Executive Education and International Negotiation from Said Business School, University of Oxford. Nana Amma was called to the Ghana Bar in 2022.
Nana Amma carries an impressive track record, having worked in Administration, Business Development, Investment Banking, Oil & Gas, Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
She has had experience with Ghanaian entities such as Mante & Associates, UniBank Ghana Limited (now CBG), Griffin Pioneers, DramOil & Trading Company Ltd and Fidelity Bank Limited, and international entities such as UIDC and Oriflame.
As a member of the Credit, Debt and Recovery Team of the Firm, Nana Amma has gained expertise in negotiating settlements for clients, Mediation and Arbitration,. She has also been involved in several financial, corporate, public and international transactions where she has provided solutions to clients of the firm.
Nana Amma loves to impact knowledge and therefore lectures in her leisure time.
