MAAME ADJOA DUFIE OSEI had her Bachelor of Art Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (K.N.U.S.T) and a Bachelors of Law Degree from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (G.I.M.P.A). Maame was later called to the Ghana Bar in November 2022.
She is a versatile civil litigation lawyer. She has worked with the civil department of the Office of the Attorney General as an intern and other renowned law firms in Ghana. Her diverse practice includes representation in corporate law, family law, Land law, Intellectual property and commercial law. Maame is a Legal Research expect with in-depth knowledge in drafting commercial agreements and court processes.
As a member of the Litigation and ADR Team of the firm Maame Dufie has a passion for providing clients with ways to achieve their objectives within the bounds of the law and is committed to maintaining a high level of client engagement through communication by taking time to truly involve the client and incorporate their goals, concerns, values and feedback.
As a Legal Practitioner, Maame’s interests are in Civil Litigation, Family Law, Land and Estate planning as well as Corporate and Commercial Law.
