Kwaku Gyau Baffour

KWAKU GYAU BAFFOUR had his Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Ghana in 2000 and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2002.

Kwaku Gyau who is an Executive Partner at the firm is a highly regarded litigator who brings a wealth of experience in the areas of commercial, land and industrial relations litigation. He has an eye for detail and is known to handle complex issues with effortless ease. He is also well versed in client management, drafting and advising clients on legal documents.

He is experienced in courtroom practice and played a key role in the preparation of a five-year strategic plan for the Commercial Court of Ghana. Gyau represents a wide spectrum of local and international clients in dispute resolution.

He is known for his excellent work ethics and strategic thinking.

He is currently the National Secretary of the Ghana Bar Association.
