KWADWO PREMPEH holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. In 2022, he qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Gambia and was called to the Bar of the Gambia in February 2023. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Ghana Bar in October 2023.
Kwadwo worked at the Ministry of Justice and the Attorney General’s Department during his National Service. He also worked as a legal clerk and research assistant for Judges in the Supreme Court of Ghana. Kwadwo joined the firm in 2019 as an intern. He conducted legal research, drafted legal processes and assisted in the drafting and review of several commercial agreements. He was subsequently retained as the company secretary at the firm. As company secretary, he represented the firm on the board of several companies.
Kwadwo is a member of the Corporate and Compliance team at the firm. He is diligent, hardworking and detail oriented. He aims to further refine his skills and expertise in the legal field and hopes to make valuable contributions at the firm.
Kwadwo is a devout Arsenal fan, who also enjoys music and experiencing the various exquisite cuisines the world has to offer.
