Governance
MINKAH-PREMO, OSEI-BONSU, BRUCE-CATHLINE & PARTNERS (MPOBB) is an incorporated partnership registered in the Republic of Ghana under the Incorporated Private Partnerships Act, 1962 (Act 152). The firm is regulated by the General Legal Council and is bound by the Code of Ethics as enshrined in the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct & Etiquette) Rules, 2020 (L.I. 2423). The lawyers of the firm are members of the Ghana Bar Association and are governed by its regulations including the scale of fees.
