FRAUKE BOAKYEWAA OWUSU is a graduate of Wisconsin International University College, Faculty of Law, where she earned a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB); she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Accounting and Finance from KNUST; a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana. Frauke was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2025.
Frauke brings a rare and powerful combination of legal acumen and deep financial expertise to her role. With qualifications as a Lawyer, a Professional Accountant, and a Professional Tax Practitioner, she possesses a unique, 360-degree perspective that allows her to navigate complex legal challenges with a keen understanding of their commercial and financial implications. With her nine years of experience as an Accountant and Auditor, and also the Finance Director for Organization for Strategic Development in Africa (OSDA), she provides holistic solutions grounded in both legal precision and commercial reality. She understands not just the letter of the law, but the numbers, strategies, and business objectives that drive every transaction and dispute.
She is a member of the Labour Relations and Employment team. Beyond her professional pursuits, Frauke is a person of diverse interests. An avid reader, she is committed to continuous learning and broadening her perspectives. She also enjoys the creative outlets of cooking and finds that the discipline and artistry of dance provide a valuable balance to the analytical demands of her work.
