EUNAS KOFI ESHUN holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in French and Information Studies from the University of Ghana. He also holds an internationally recognised Advanced Diploma in French (DALF – C1). Eunas obtained professional certificates in Database Technology and Software Engineering from IPMC College of Technology. He is also a holder of an LLB (Hons) from the University of Ghana, and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2017.
Eunas began his career as a Software Engineer and Database Developer. He developed software and database solutions for a number of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. He was also an instructor at IPMC College of Technology where he taught modules in Database Technology and Software Engineering.
He presently heads the Intellectual Property and Commercial Team of the firm and his experience spans Intellectual Property, Corporate and Commercial Litigation and legal consulting. He has provided a wide variety of services in the area of intellectual property practice including registration of trademarks, trademark opposition and litigation in the area of infringement of intellectual property rights.
Eunas is a skilled advocate and has handled very complex corporate litigation involving disputes over directorship and ownership of companies. He has also handled briefs in other practice areas such as family law, disputes over land ownership and administration of estates, at all levels in the hierarchy of courts in Ghana.
He has also had extensive practice in the area of telecommunications and has provided services to clients in contract negotiations, review of complex agreements and dispute resolution through courtroom litigation and Alternative Dispute Resoultion (ADR) mechanisms.
Eunas has also taken advantage of his command of the French Language and has consulted for clients of francophone extraction.
Eunas is, undoubtedly, an outstanding lawyer; a rising star with the potential of becoming a lawyer of great renown.
