EUGENE KWESI WIREDU had his LLB from the De Montfort University (UK); and an LLM (Corporate law) from the Nottingham Trent University (UK). He was called to the Ghana Bar in October, 2013.
He loves to impart knowledge. This love has taken him into the lecture halls of many universities. He is a Lecturer at Wisconsin International University College and Kaaf University College respectively since October 2015 teaching and researching in Corporate law, Commercial law, Tax law, Contract Law and Business law.
He was also an adjunct lecturer at the Mountcrest University College, Faculty of law from October 2013 to June 2015.
Mr. Wiredu is a member of INSOL International and Ghana Association of Restructuring & Insolvency Advisors (GARIA) and has been involved in restructuring and liquidation of companies in Ghana. Mr. Wiredu has been consulted on restructuring of companies in Ghana as he possesses an indepth knowledge in mergers and acquisitions.
As an Associate with Minkah-Premo & Co, Eugene handles matters for both local and foreign clients. He has immense expertise in International Business transactions, tax law, corporate and commercial law. He has represented Clients in the various Courts including High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
He is also a member of the Kwahu professional network and was a former legal advisor for Okwawu United Sporting Club.
