ERICA NYARKO holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Central University. In 2017, she was awarded a certificate in Legal Studies by the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) -UK where she studied English Legal System, English Legal History, Constitutional Law of the UK and International Business Communication. She had her secondary education at Mfantsiman Girls Senior High School.
Erica pursued the Professional Law Course at the Ghana School of Law and was called to the Bar in October 2023. She was awarded the Qualifying certificate by the General Legal Council and is licensed to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
As a Member of the Labour Relations & Employment team, Erica specializes in labour and employment matters, corporate and commercial law, Industrial Arbitration, and civil Litigation.
She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the Eve International Legal Group, a global network of Ghanaian female lawyers with the common goal of strengthening and empowering women. She is also an active member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Ghana Chapter and has attended several conferences on International Commercial Arbitration.
Erica has served as a Guest Speaker on various webinars on legal career development and is an astute advocate for women and children’s rights.
