ERICA NYARKO holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Central University and in the year 2023, she was called to the Ghana Bar.
Prior to her gaining admission to the Ghana School of Law, she acquired hands-on expertise in corporate practice by working as a National Service personnel on Regulatory and Compliance at the National Media Commission..
Erica worked as a research assistant for a judge in one of the lower courts in Ghana where she was primarily involved in legal research and case analysis prior to her call to the Bar. She also has practical knowledge and expertise from working as an intern in a reputable law firm.
Erica is an award-winning mooter who has demonstrated the requisite advocacy skills, ability to think on her feet and excellent communication skills.
Her professional interests lie in Civil Litigation, International Commercial Arbitration and Labour and Employment matters. She brings to the Labour Relations and Employment team her expertise and knowledge on Labour law and issues relating to employment. Erica demonstrates a passion for these domains and is committed to expanding her knowledge and expertise in this practice area.
