DWELYNE AFRIYIE DUNCAN obtained her LL.B from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi and was called to the Ghana Bar in October of 2023.
Dwelyne has over the years interned with various recognized law firms as well as a think tank in the country where she gained a plethora of knowledge and experience in the various fields of the legal practice.
Dwelyne has previously interned with Minkah-Premo, Osei-Bonsu, Bruce-Cathline & Partners and was part of the IP & Commercial team where she assisted in the registration of trademarks and business names of both local and foreign clients of the firm.
Dwelyne also worked with the Prosecutions Division of the Office of the Attorney-General as well as the Legal Department of the Economic & Organized Crime Office, Accra.
Dwelyne’s avid interest in arbitration drove her to join the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA).
Dwelyne continually exhibits remarkably sound extensive knowledge in the law. Her interests include but not limited to civil litigation, family law and technology focused areas like FinTech and Cryptocurrency.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Dwelyne loves to read fiction, trying out new foods and fashion.
