DANIEL KOFI BIMPONG holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Ghana, Legon;, a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from the University of Cape Coast, having pursued the prescribed program at Kings University College, a Master of Public Administration from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
Daniel is a legal professional with extensive expertise in compliance, credit advisory, fintech, and financial services. He began his career with the firm as a National Service personnel sometime in 2009 and through dedication and excellence, steadily advanced to serve in multiple capacities as a Law Clerk, Compliance Officer for the Credit and Debt Recovery Team (now Credit Advisory, Fintech and Financial Services), and Legal Executive Officer. At one point, Daniel also served as Personal Assistant to the then Managing Partner, Mr. Wallace Bruce-Cathline, where he undertook diverse responsibilities ranging from court clerkship to executive legal duties.
As a Lawyer with the firm, he represents clients across diverse fields of endeavour, including but not limited to financial institutions, business sectors, and individual clients. He has also drafted and reviewed financial transactions and handled credit recovery litigation, demonstrating both technical expertise and practical problem-solving skills. His versatility and commitment have made him a trusted member of the firm, contributing significantly to both operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
He has grown with the firm through its transformation from Minkah-Premo & Co. to its current identity as Minkah-Premo, Osei-Bonsu, Bruce-Cathline & Partners, embodying continuity, institutional knowledge, and a deep commitment to its vision of excellence in legal practice.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Daniel is passionate about preaching the Word of God and mentoring the youth, using his knowledge and experience to inspire and empower the next generation. He also enjoys watching football matches, reading widely, and engaging in activities that broaden his perspective and strengthen his leadership both within and outside the legal profession.
