CATHERINE EFUA DJAN has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Ghana and subsequently obtained her Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from Ghana Institute of Management and Professional Administration (GIMPA). She was called to the Ghanaian Bar in 2023.
She also obtained a Ghana Securities Industry Certificate as an Investment Advisor for Security/Capital Market (Ghana Stock Exchange & Examination), a postgraduate three-month Certificate in Human Resource & Strategic Management from Graduate Training Institute and a Human Resource Certificate from the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) UK.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked with various Financial, Investment and Insurance Companies where she focused primarily on integrating business strategy and human capital performance components to lead clients through major corporate change initiatives with hands on experience and corporate restructuring, business diagnostic coupled with credit and financial advisory services to companies such as Global Haulage, Magna Logistics, Kama Industries, St Kem Pharmaceuticals, Angel Group of companies, Spintex Chemist etc. She was part of a team that advised the setting up and feasibility work of new companies in the banking, insurance, Investment and commodity sectors. She joined the firm as an intern before Ghana School of Law.
She is currently a member of the Credit Advisory, Fintech and Financial Services team that deals
with both international and local clients and doubles as the Personal Assistant to the Partner in charge of the team.
She considers herself as an athletic individual who enjoys reading, networking and nature.
