AWURA ADWOA ANIE-BUDU had her BA in Law and International Relations from the University of Exeter (UK). She was called to the Ghana Bar in October, 2014.
Awura Adwoa is an Associate of the firm and the Head of the Corporate and Compliance Team. Adwoa has gained a wealth of knowledge over the years as a Legal Practitioner and has built a legal career in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Mergers and Acquisition. She also has a great wealth of experience in commercial litigation.
Over the past years Awura Adwoa has dealt with both international and local clients and is known for her ability to deliver on corporate complexities irrespective of the legalities involved.
When Awura Adwoa is not wearing her legal cap she engages in her passion for event planning and coordination.
