ANIM KODUA BOATENG obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Sociology from the University of Ghana in 2013. He also holds a Bachelor of Law and Barrister-at-Law Certificate from University of Leicester in 2018, a postgraduate diploma in the Bar Professional training Course (BPTC) from BPP University in the United Kingdom in 2020, and the Ghana School of Law in 2022 respectively. He is a member of the Inner Temple Inns of Court and the Ghana Bar Association.
He acted as a member of the Constitutional Review Committee for University of Leicester Alumni Association, Ghana and participated as a member of the Amicus Pro Bono group in the United Kingdom.
Anim is a member of the Corporate and Compliance Team of the firm and whilst working at the firm has acquired extensive knowledge of the relevant areas of law of practice especially in Corporate and Commercial transactions, Tax and Civil Litigation. He has a stellar track record in both academic and practical pursuits.
Anim’s experience spans across diverse legal landscapes. He has expertise in drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing strategic legal counsel. He has advised on several local and foreign transactions (and in some cases worked together with top European Law Firms on such transactions) with a combined value of over Seventy-Five Million United States Dollars. These experiences fortified his ability to navigate complex legal issues, support clients in varied matters, and foster an invaluable international perspective.
