History of the Firm

MINKAH-PREMO, OSEI-BONSU, BRUCE-CATHLINE & PARTNERS (MPOBB) is a firm of lawyers and staff from varied backgrounds working together to provide integrated legal services. Established in 1996 as Minkah-Premo & Co. a limited liability company, the joint vision of the founding partners was to build a commonwealth for lawyers in private practice.

The firm has grown over the years to become the largest law firm in Ghana, and has evolved into an incorporated partnership with 9 partners and over 50 lawyers. With lawyers in Accra and Kumasi specializing in various branches of law, the firm prides itself as a conservative but dynamic legal services provider.

The firm has also cultivated close working partnerships with prominent law firms in England, France, Nigeria, Mauritius and South Africa to the benefit of both local and international clients.
