KOBINA ASANTE-APEATU obtained his LLB and Masters from the Université Paris 10 Nanterre La Défense where he studied both Common Law and Civil Law; and an LLM from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He was called to the New York State Bar in June, 2018 and the Ghana Bar in November 2022. Kobina has also completed the Paris Bar Qualification.
His education and qualification in multiple jurisdictions as well as his fluency in English and in French justify Kobina’s keen interest and growth in the area of International Arbitration. He has had the opportunity of working with the International Arbitration teams of a number of internationally renowned law firms participating in hearings, filing submissions, and conducting case management conferences.
He is also well placed to advice francophone clients seeking to enter the Ghanaian market with legal and/or corporate solutions that best suit the nature and structure of their business or investment.
