Lily Naa Ayaba Ntreh

LILY NAA AYABA NTREH holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana Legon. She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and was called to the Bar in 2018.

As an Associate with the Credit Advisory, Fintech and Financial Services team, Lily has advised on various issues, particularly on Banking and Credit Securities, Cross-border trade and finance, Tax and Construction, and has excellently handled a number of complex briefs in those areas.

She also specializes in the management of debts of companies in distress and has represented clients in various Courts including the High Court, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court.

Lily enjoys researching and writing and desires to carve a niche for herself in the area of International Business, Finance and Tax.
